Shipping costs

We ship to addresses across Europe. Orders from €60 ship for free. For orders below €60, a shipping fee applies. You always see the exact shipping costs in your cart and at checkout, before you pay.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed and paid before 18:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 18:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, are shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your country and the carrier. Most parcels arrive within a few working days after shipping. As soon as your order is on its way, we let you know by email.

Customs and import fees

We ship from within the European Union, so there are no customs fees or import duties for deliveries to EU countries.

For deliveries outside the EU, for example to Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom, local customs fees or import VAT may apply. These are charged by the local authorities and are not included in our prices.

Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. Spotted a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible, so we can correct it before your order ships.
