• Payment details: the payment method and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment service provider; we do not store your card or bank details.

• Messages: the information you send us via the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: such as your IP address, browser type and how you use our website.

How long we keep your data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires this. Messages to our customer service are kept as long as needed to handle your question. If you have an account, we keep your account details until you delete your account.

We use functional cookies that are needed for the website to work, for example to remember your cart and to complete your checkout. Analytics or marketing cookies are only placed with your consent.
