14-day right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. This period starts on the day after you, or someone you appointed, received the products.

After you have told us that you want to cancel, you have another 14 days to send the products back.

Conditions

• Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
• For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot take back food products of which the seal has been broken.
• Return the products undamaged and complete, and pack them well.
• The costs of returning the products are for your own account.

How to return

1. Let us know via our contact form or at info@creamofrice.eu that you want to return your order. Mention your order number and which products you want to return.
2. We send you the return address and instructions by email.
3. Send the products back within 14 days and keep your proof of shipment.

Your refund

We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs you paid, within 14 days after you told us you want to cancel. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.

We refund the amount using the same payment method you used for your order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong product?

Received a damaged, faulty or wrong product? Contact us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you, at no extra cost.

Model withdrawal form

You can use this form if you want to cancel your order, but you don’t have to. A short message with the same information is also fine.
